Since starting out with a Cisco CCIE in Routing/Switching in 2003, IP Xpert has gained field expertise in both data and collaboration networking, ranging from network systems design to operations and maintenance, designing and implementing a broad range of network systems and has extensive experience with large Network Operations Center (NOC) processes and change management.
Expertise can be divided into three core competencies; routing and switching, network security, and collaboration.
In current and prior projects, responsibilities included conducting detailed system requirements analysis, in-depth systems design and programming, prototyping, system implementation and testing, and troubleshooting of post-installation systems issues.
IP Xpert performs training for administrators, technicians, and end users leveraging knowledge of the design and installation to field-obtained experience across a range of installations. Additional responsibilities extend from initial surveys and assessments, to equipment acquisition/research, and implementation and on-going support of those systems.
